You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn’t try to translate the app into other languages, or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trade marks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Primus Developers.
Primus Developers is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for. The Star Hero app stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us, in order to provide our Service. It’s your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features and it could mean that the Star Hero app won’t work properly or at all.

You should be aware that there are certain things that Primus Developers will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of the app will require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi, or provided by your mobile network provider, but Primus Developers cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don’t have access to Wi-Fi, and you don’t have any of your data allowance left. If you’re using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that your terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the app, or other third party charges. In using the app, you’re accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you’re using the app, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the app.
Along the same lines, Primus Developers cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the app i.e. You need to make sure that your device stays charged – if it runs out of battery and you can’t turn it on to avail the Service, Primus Developers cannot accept responsibility.
With respect to Primus Developer's responsibility for your use of the app, when you’re using the app, it’s important to bear in mind that although we endeavour to ensure that it is updated and correct at all times, we do rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you. Primus Developers accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the app.
We are constantly updating our Platform and Services offered. To use our Platform, you may need to download the Star Hero mobile application to your mobile device and update it from time to time. Applications and software are constantly updated for your use and you will need to install the latest version of the Star hero mobile application to your mobile device each time such update is generated.
1. You will not use the Services for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited in these Terms.
2. You will not use any robot, spider, crawler, scraper, or other automated means or interface to access the Services or extract other user’s information.
3. You will not use or develop any third-party applications that interact with the Services or other users’ content or information without our written consent.
4. You will not use the Services in a way that could interfere with, disrupt, negatively affect, or inhibit other users from fully enjoying the Services, or that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the functioning of the Services.
5. You will not post content that can be considered to infringe any Intellectual Property rights of any third party.
6. You will not falsely represent yourself as another person or representative of another person to use our Services.
7. You will not use or attempt to use another user’s account, username, or password without their permission.
8. You will not solicit login credentials from another user.
9.You will not post content that contains may be considered as harmful to minors.
10. You will not post content that contains or links to pornography, graphic violence, threats, hate speech, or incitements to violence.
11.You will not upload viruses or other malicious code or otherwise compromise the security of the Services.
12.You will not attempt to circumvent any content-filtering techniques we employ, or attempt to access areas or features of the Services that you are not authorized to access.
13.You will not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our Services or any system or network.
14.You will not post any content that in any way or form threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order or causes incitement to the commission of any cognisable
offence or prevents investigation of any offence or is insulting any other nation.
15.You will not encourage or promote any activity that violates these Terms.
16. We Have The Rights To Use The Videos You Post In Our App For Our App's Promotion Campaigns.
